US Swing To Thailand – Alex Morgan led the show with five hits | Sports

Of course the United States was the front-runner against Thailand, but no one expected that. The Americans were better at everything and gave fireworks to a real target after the break.

The United States and Thailand had met once before the World Cup to dust in Reims. Three years ago, the USA were stronger with numbers 9-0, but in the last game in the first round of the group stage, the crowd witnessed a piece of World Cup history.

In 2007 Germany beat Argentina 11-0, but now the history books must be refreshed as the US defeated Thailand by a full 13-0 margin.

In the first ten minutes, the Thais struggled, but after twelve minutes of play, Alex Morgan broke zero. Rose Lavell, who made her World Cup debut, clinched the next blow and after an impressive set of free kicks, Lindsay Horan managed to score breakout numbers 3–0.

Complete dominance

The US leadership could have been bigger in the first half and after the break it was noticed that the stomachs of the world champions were not full.

Within six minutes, the score had turned 3-0 into 7-0 and the Thais had hoped the match would be a whistle after an hour of play.

Superstar Alex Morgan was the most goalkeeper and finally got five hits. Thus, it leads the shooting league by a clear margin against Brazilian Christian, who scored three goals against Jamaica.

– Of course, she is in great shape, coach Jill Ellis says of Morgan in an interview with the organizers.

Most of them are still warming up the team’s position and I was in tears when the newcomers succeeded in the World Cup and featured Rose Lavelle and Samantha Moyes who scored twice.

Before tonight’s game, the United States’ biggest win was a 12-0 win over the Dominican Republic in 2012. Former World Cup Shooting Queen Carly Lloyd had the honor to end goal celebration for her 111th goal with the national team.

The US national team will take the next test by Chile and then finish the group match with Sweden on June 20.
