Tony is synonymous with hard rock and his innovative, tuned and dark bands are a benchmark for the hundreds of bands that have followed the legendary band. He was dubbed Iron Man by the band because his music career was coming to an end very soon during a terrible accident at a sheet metal factory where a machine severed his right-hand fingers. In 2011, he was diagnosed with lymphoma and underwent both chemotherapy and radiotherapy, while working on the “13” album, which was a global hit and took center stage in both the United States and the United Kingdom. He also continued his tour between treatments and the band presented their latest concerts worldwide to more than 1.6 million fans.

With Black Sabbath, he has recorded iconic albums like Paranoid, Black Sabbath, Master of Reality, Heaven & Hell and Mob Rules, as well as three singles albums, with gross sales of over 100 million.

Evening In Conversation with Tony Ayumi – The Life and Times of “Iron Man”It splits in two as we see an interview with Tony with a humorous and fascinating look back on life on a rollercoaster.
