A huge batch of renders, purportedly showing off the Samsung Galaxy Watch5, made their way to the office 91 mobiles. The site reports that we’ll see two models, apparently confirming a higher end PRO model That would top the range. Codenamed Project X, this unit will come in black or gray and titanium and will get a single case option, but users can choose a version with or without LTE.
Meanwhile, the Vanilla Watch5 will replace Watch 4 As the most fitness-focused machine in the lineup. Just like its predecessor, you’ll apparently get a choice of two case sizes and an LTE modem option, as well as a variety of colors to choose from. Both units are expected to run a polished version of wearOS 3.5, although there is no word on whether there are any device-specific features coming at this early stage.
Rumor has it that it was revealed at Samsung’s regular summer Unpacked event, which is expected to take place in early August. Between then and now, we can hope to get more details about these watches filtered from Samsung’s armor. And anything else regarding the range of flagship devices expected to drop at this event as well.
