They have allocated a plot of land in Nordr in Väsjö Torg where they will build a new residential area of around 45 apartments, of which two are called townhouses. New home sales are slated to start early in 2021/2022 and the goal is to enable early buyers to relocate during 2023.

This is one of the largest urban development areas in Solentuna and we see great opportunities with this land allocation. The new residential area that we will be developing is located by the lake and meandering slope, so it’s a very good location that we think will be attractive to many, says Christian Erickson, Nordr’s Stora Projekt business manager.
The new residential area will be built in the shape of a horseshoe and in the middle two semi-detached houses will be built in the city.
The residential building will consist of four floors and the apartments in the building will be of different sizes and designs.
View of the lake
All homes have balconies or terraces, and many overlook the lake and meander slope.
The residential building will have green roofs and residents will also have access to a shared rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding area, says Mats Sandberg, a business developer in Norder.
The municipality of Sollentuna would like to see variations in buildings in the area, especially in terms of heights and facades. We tried to adapt the project based on that, and we’re convinced that the homes we’ll develop will enhance the feel on a small scale and also help create an attractive feel in the area as a whole, he says.
