Netflix launches global e-commerce – will return with merchandise from series

Netflix entered the world of e-commerce with its own online store. Given the amount of specials Netflix is pumping up right now, it was probably only a matter of time before it tried to sell some of its related merchandise.

At least he now has Netflix Create an online store. The store is powered by the platform Shopify, which we can read into the code, but it doesn’t seem like a quick-to-assemble investment.

Today we launched Netflix.shop as an exciting new destination that combines curated products and storytelling into a one-of-a-kind Netflix shopping experience, announced Josh Simon, Netflix Vice President of Consumer Products.

First wave products from the anime series Yasuke and Eden will also be shown this month on merchandise from the Lupine series. Judging by the first products, they are not cheap waste but relatively expensive and well made products.

Netflix.shop will regularly release exclusive limited editions of high-quality clothing and handpicked lifestyle products associated with our series and brands, announced Josh Simon.

Upcoming releases will include products from The Witcher and Stranger Things. Netflix will also release its own branded products, for those who want to play around and show that you like Netflix.

As always when it comes to these types of launches, the US is the first to come out. But if you’ve been craving Stranger Things merchandise or any of your other favorite series, don’t cry, because Netflix is pretty clear that this is a global project.

Netflix.shop will be available first in the US before expanding to other countries around the world in the coming months. We are proud to give fans a new way to connect with their favorite stories.
