As we reported last month, Asobo Studios is working on a new global update Microsoft Flight Simulator, which is this time dedicated to Ireland and the United Kingdom and looks good for both countries. The idea was that the update would have been released a few days ago, but like many nowadays, the times are hard to keep.
At least now the update is here and thanks to this we can view the famous landmarks (both natural and man-made) in both Ireland and the UK from above, where as you know there is a lot to see. These include the White Cliffs of Dover, the great Windsor Castle, the vast Snowdonia Nature Reserve in Wales, Lake Levin in Scotland and of course, Stonehenge.
The next region to be updated is France and the Benelux countries, and this global update will come in March. However, due to the pandemic, there is a risk that it’s April instead, but given that it’s absolutely free high-quality content – it’s a shame to file a complaint.
Microsoft Flight Simulator for PC was released in August last year, and this summer it will also be available for the Xbox Series S / X. Check out our insanely delicious trailer for Ireland and the UK below.
